The burnt ends of our smoked meats (contains pork and beef) are added to the beans for smoky flavor and then slowly cooked over night. (8 oz portion)
CORA'S BROCCOLI SALAD
This is a Carroll family recipe with chilled broccoli tossed in lemon vinaigrette, with fresh garlic and a dash of chili peppers.(1/4 lb portion)
DANTE'S POTATO SALAD
This German style potato salad is dairy-free with grain mustard, Dijon mustard, onions, chives and Yukon potatoes.(1/4 lb portion)
Guss' half-sour pickles are made in New York and have a sour and garlicky kick. (4 pickles per order)
Guss' sauerkraut is made in New York and fermented for at least 30 days (1/4 lb portion)
JOE'S POTATO CHIPS
These potato chips are kettle cooked and come in your choice of flavors, which are lightly salted, sea salt and vinegar, or jalapeno.
SWEET BBQ SAUCE
Our sweet bbq sauce is made in house with ketchup, brown sugar, beer and other seasonings.
VINEGAR BBQ SAUCE
Our vinegar sauce is made in house with vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, beer and other seasonings.
SPICY BBQ SAUCE
Our spicy bbq sauce is made with dried chipotle peppers, pasilla peppers, arbor chilis and other seasonings.
SPICY MUSTARD SAUCE
Our spicy mustard sauce is made with Dijon mustard and beer.
FETTE SAU DRY RUB
Our dry rub is a house made blend of espresso, brown sugar, salt, cumin, garlic powder and other spices.
