The MINIMUM amount for pickup/catering orders is 10 lbs. of meat. This is a rough outline/estimate for catering, this does not include tax. All prices are NOT fixed and may change depending upon the market; please inquire about pricing for specific items.

A half-pound per person is recommended for meat.
