The MINIMUM amount for pickup/catering orders is 10 lbs. of meat. This is a rough outline/estimate for catering, this does not include tax. All prices are NOT fixed and may change depending upon the market; please inquire about pricing for specific items. All catering orders need at least 1 week prior notice to ensure quality and accuracy. Any orders that are fulfilled later than 1 week notice is subject to a rush charge.
Monday - Wednesday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm; Thursday-Saturday: 12:00pm – 12:00am;
Sunday: 12:00pm – 11:00pm
A half-pound per person is recommended for meat.
